Wheelhouse Ceramics
Imagine the studio as the free side of Barton Springs on the weekend.
People in all walks of life co-exist, enjoying the vitality the spring brings. Small vendors set up stands to sell drinks, street corn, and pork skin chips. Music is playing, conversations behold, waiting your turn for the rope swings, waiting for your moment of total submerge.
People are doing all these things. But what they are doing is just simply living. Living is the best way to celebrate life. Their lives were brought together to that place by the springs.
Ceramics is that connector, connecting all walks of life to this studio space. Making work and growing and celebrating art by doing it, celebrating individuals by growing as individuals, and celebrating communities by existing as individual parts of that community.
Our job as partners of the Wheelhouse is to bring this vision closer to reality.
